License terms
These terms govern paid licenses bought on appleluis.ltd. The free AL DiscordAPI is licensed separately under MIT, stated in its own package.
1. Grant
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered product version on the number of activations stated on the product page. Current paid releases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The amount shown in Stripe Checkout is the total price charged for that digital product. Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.
2. Activation and validation
Products may validate their license key against our license API and may stop functioning if a key is revoked for breach of these terms, chargeback, or fraud. You may move a key between servers by deactivating an old install.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source of a paid product, nor remove or bypass its license protection, unless you have purchased an open-source or whitelabel SKU that expressly permits it. Commissioned custom work is governed by its own agreement and may grant full ownership.
4. Support and updates
Reasonable support is provided by email. Updates to the purchased version are provided at our discretion. No managed-hosting service is included in the current store products.
5. Digital delivery and withdrawal
Checkout asks for express consent to begin providing the digital product before the ordinary withdrawal period ends and for acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires once provision begins. The separate withdrawal and refund information explains how to exercise any right that still applies. Mandatory consumer remedies, including rights for digital products that do not conform to the contract, remain unaffected.
6. Liability
Products are provided subject to the rights and remedies that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, additional liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
