Withdrawal and refunds

This page records the consumer withdrawal information and the operational refund route for digital products sold by appleluis.ltd. It does not limit mandatory statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to Luis Daniel Philip Erdmann, Parkallee 58, 20144 Hamburg, Germany, or email [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the order.

Immediate digital delivery

These products are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. Checkout asks you to expressly consent to provision beginning before the withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once provision begins. Where the legal requirements for that expiry are not met, the statutory right remains. The contract confirmation should record the consent and acknowledgement.

Effects of withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal applies, payments received for the affected contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Any issued license may be revoked when the contract is unwound.

Delivery errors, faulty products and mistaken charges

If delivery does not complete, a product does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact [email protected] with the checkout email. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore delivery, correct the product or issue a refund and revoke the key. Statutory conformity and warranty remedies remain unaffected.
