Refund policy

Products are digital and are delivered instantly, with a unique license key issued at the moment of payment. Because access cannot be returned once a key is shown or a download has started, sales are final at that point.

If a product does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact [email protected] with your order email. We will fix the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund and revoke the key. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first will result in the license being revoked.

Managed hosting on Overnight.Host is billed and refunded under its own service terms.
